Descriptions of A La Carte Services
A consultation to discuss your wedding plans as we derive your mission statement and vision of your Big Day.
You will complete a questionnaire to see where you are in the wedding planning process.
A discussion on your actual budget and how to manage your funds for expenses incurred for the Big Day. A template will be given to you to fill out your expenses while the bridal consultant keeps a computerized spreadsheet of your actual wedding expenses. This can be filled out prior to discussion from the Resource menu on the website. (2 hrs)
Vendor Selection and Booking:
A discussion of the type of vendors you wish to Use for your Big Day. A listing of vendors will be given to you so you can Do some homework. The bridal consultant will communicate with the Vendors your vision and set your date for the Big Day. Your vendors should be based on your budget. You must have an alternate date if your actual date doesn’t work. (8 hrs)
Create a Design Board & Inspiration:
This service entails your vision for the Big Day emphasizing your theme, color scheme, floral arrangements for tables, such as sweetheart table or main table or guest tables, etc. You will receive your design board. Your vision will be seen according to what you wanted with you assisting with picking props, vases, tablecloths, etc. (10 hrs)
Vendor Communication & Payment Management:
This service allows the bridal consultant to communicate with the vendors to implement your vision and organize your payment plans to make sure you pay on time. This is a full service feature for brides who do not have time to communicate and pay vendors due to a busy work schedule and life. (22 hrs)
Timeline for Wedding Day:
A service providing a detail timeline from the Rehearsal, Wedding Party Preparation, Ceremony, Reception and After Party or Bunch, if needed. The wedding party and vendors will know what will occur minute by minute based on the timeframe of the event in a detail itinerary. (2 to 3 hrs)
Layout Assistance for Venue:
Bridal consultant will work with Venue Coordinator to detail the layout of the venue according to
Wedding Couple’s Vision. A computerized layout or drawing will be given to Venue Coordinator.
( 3 hrs)
On-site Assistant on Day of Event:
Assistant(s) are needed to for the Big Day to ensure a smooth transition from ceremony to reception. They will assist vendors and the Coordinator making sure your vision is implemented. They will make sure guests and wedding party are in place from one location to another. (8 hrs)
Day & Month Wedding Coordination:
This service is for DIY brides, who have coordinated their Big Day on their own, but need assistance to finalize contracts, layout of venue, final vendor payments and review catering and logistics of the timeline. (32 hrs)
Day of Wedding Coordination:
This service is for wedding couples who have done most of the Work to plan their wedding with a major venue. The couple just wants someone to coordinate the logistics and timeline of the event to Make sure the Big Day is Perfect. (20 hrs)
Wedding Party Attire Assistance:
Bridal consultant will assist wedding party with selecting gowns and tuxedo according to their color scheme, theme or vision. If bridal boutique is more than 45 miles then a travel fee will be incurred.
(2 to 4 hrs max depending on location)
Unlimited Conversations and Emails:
This service is for full service packages. The wedding couple will have extra care and assistance with planning. Calls will be returned via video conferencing or phone call along with Emails being answered within 24 hrs.
(No calls after 12 am unless needed)
